Scott began at Barr Law Group as a law clerk and has been with the firm for over 20 years. His practice focuses on personal injury, probate matters, real estate and corporate law matters. In addition to these areas, Scott has worked on a wide range of civil litigation, including construction disputes, defamation actions, breach of contract actions, property and transaction disputes, medical malpractice, civil rights violations, Vermont Supreme Court appeals, Native American law, and EB-5 transactions. Scott also provides pro bono services for the Lamoille County Probate Court.

Scott moved to Vermont from New Jersey during high school and has remained here ever since. He enjoys a wide variety of activities such as attending UVM hockey games, skiing, golf, snowshoeing, concerts and music events and other outdoor activities with his partner Ellen and son.
